Maarten is partner in onze Corporate en Finance praktijkgroep. De brede transactionele praktijk van Maarten omvat corporate/M&A en financiële transacties. Hij werkt regelmatig samen met internationale bedrijven aan grensoverschrijdende transacties. Voordat hij Stek mede oprichtte, was Maarten advocaat bij NautaDutilh en bij Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Maarten was tevens legal counsel in het Office of the General Counsel van de Europese Bank voor Wederopbouw en Ontwikkeling in Londen.
