Stek has successfully represented energy metering company Kenter in a civil claim lodged by a real estate rental company before the Gelderland District Court. By judgement of 2 December 2020 the court sided with Kenter that Kenter could invoke the limitation of liability clause in its general conditions, dismissed the claim of the real estate company and awarded the counterclaim of Kenter.
