Stek (Ruben Tros) advised the management of IQI Trusted Petfood Ingredients (IQI), a Netherlands-based, global provider of premium petfood ingredients, on the sale of IQI to OSI Group, the premium global supplier of custom value-added food products to the world’s leading foodservice and retail food brands. IQI was sold by Dutch private equity fund Egeria and certain minority shareholders.
IQI will provide OSI with broader and integrated capabilities in the global petfood market whilst benefitting from the opportunity to leverage OSI’s extensive supply chain network to reach new geographies, develop additional supplier relationships and create unique, innovative, premium animal protein and vegetable ingredients for petfood.
