Stek (amongst others Sharon Kaufmann as member of the finance and energy team) advised ZonnepanelenDelen on the documentation for Zonlease 1 B.V. (Zonlease). ZonnepanelenDelen has incorporated Zonlease to meet the increasing need in the solar market for leasing solar panels.
The financing of Zonlease takes place via the financing platform of ZonnepanelenDelen. This platform offers investors the opportunity to invest in Zonlease bonds. Building owners can subsequently lease solar panels from Zonlease for a fixed amount per month. The documentation prepared by Stek consists of a financial lease agreement with accompanying general terms and conditions. Stek was pleased to assist ZonnepanelenDelen with respect to this innovative project.
