We are pleased to announce that Stek’s Dispute Resolution Team has been strengthened by the arrival of Simon Boersen. Simon is a very experienced and determined litigator, having worked at Stibbe in Amsterdam for nine years.
Simon’s practice covers the full range of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and tort-law liability, and the enforcement of court orders. His extensive experience includes cases involving fraud, contractual disputes, anti-trust litigation, corporate transactions, and cross-border enforcement.
From his special interest in private international law and procedural law, Simon regularly publishes in various legal journals. He also teaches in several postgraduate programs for legal professionals. In 2017 and 2018, Simon was ranked as “Next Generation Lawyer” in the Legal 500 Rankings. In 2019 he was recognized as a key name and “Rising Star”.
