We are pleased to announce that Pamela Bührman joined Stek as an associate in our Corporate group. Pamela advises corporates, private equity firms and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other corporate law issues. She regularly works with international law firms on cross-border transactions. Before she joined Stek in March 2021, Pamela was an associate in the Corporate department of NautaDutilh.
