Stek has advised Rabobank in the financing of the buy out in Dutch Power Company (DPC) by private equity firm ABN Amro Participaties. DPC is the parent company of the companies Conver, Herder, Precision Makers, Roberine and Votex. The companies specialize in roadside, green and ditch maintenance in combination with devices operated autonomously by means of GPS trackers.
