Stek acts for Lone Star in merger notification Propertize

Stek, in cooperation with Brussels firm Oswell & Vahida, acted for Lone Star Funds in filing a merger notification with the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of Propertize.
