Linde is a counsel in Stek’s regulatory department. Linde has broad competition law expertise, particularly in Dutch and EU cartel prohibition, abuse of dominance, dispute resolution and state aid rules. Her experience includes major corporate investigations, leniency applications, cartel damages claims and enforcement proceedings. Linde also regularly advises on legitimate collaborations between competitors (particularly in the context of sustainability initiatives) and public-private partnerships. Linde is also well experienced in various regulated markets such as healthcare, postal services, transport and energy. In the healthcare sector, she assists, among other things, collaborations (self-assessments) and notifications of mergers to both the Dutch Competition Authority and the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
Because of her special interest in competition and sustainability, Linde regularly speaks and publishes about these issues. In addition, she contributes to legal journals on general competition law matters and teaches in several (post-)academic programs (including Utrecht University and Groningen University).
Linde is a member of the Dutch Competition Law Association and the Dutch Association for European Law. In 2020, she completed with distinction (cum laude) the postgraduate specialisation course in Competition law at the Grotius Academy. Before joining Stek in 2017, Linde worked at international law firms in Brussels for six years.
