Herman Wamelink is a partner in our finance group. He advises banks, alternative lenders and borrowers on a broad range of debt finance transactions, often in a cross-border context. Herman specializes in leveraged finance (both bank lender deals and in debt fund transactions) and project finance both renewable energy (e.g. solar- and windfarms, geothermal energy, biogas projects, battery storage, networks and charging poles) and digital infrastructure. Herman also has extensive experience in general corporate lending (including asset base financing) He is part of Stek’s integrated Energy Team.
