Elias Ram is a senior corporate lawyer in our Corporate M&A department with a focus on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and corporate finance transactions. Elias acts for Dutch and international private equity sponsors, founders, management teams, family-owned companies and other corporate clients. He also advises clients on management incentive plans, W&I insurance as well corporate governance matters.
In 2015 Elias obtained a Master’s degree in both Corporate Law and international and European Law at the Radboud University of Nijmegen. In that same year he started his career at NautaDutilh and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. In 2020 Elias joined Stek. In 2021 he completed the ‘Mergers & Acquisitions’ postgraduate specialization program at the VU University of Amsterdam (cum laude).
