Charlotte is a senior associate in the corporate energy practice group, within the Energy team. Charlotte advises private equity investors, (international) companies, financial institutions and projects on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate law matters. Charlotte has a strong focus on projects and transactions in the renewable energy sector and in that context has experience in wind, (renewable) gas, electricity, heat and PV.
