Barbara Elion

Barbara has a broad dispute resolution practice with a focus on corporate law related disputes, including directors’ duties and liabilities, shareholders’ disputes, governance issues and M&A-disputes. Barbara has acted as counsel in various high profile cases before the Dutch courts, amongst which the Enterprise Chamber. She has contributed to legal books and journals and is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association. In 2022, she successfully graduated from the postgraduate specialization training Corporate Litigation. She is also affiliated as a guest lecturer with the Company Law Department of the Institute for Private Law of Leiden University.
